Annymoxifen is 99% albumin bound in serum. volume of distribution is 50-60L/kg, with high concentration in the breast, lung, liver, brain, bone and uterus. Annymoxifen undergoes first pass metabolism & enterohepatic circulation. its primary route for elimination biliary and renal excretion with 65% of administered drug excreted slowly over a 2 week period. Annymoxifen is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug And in pregnancy and lactating mothers
The most frequent side effects with Annymoxifen tablets are nausea, Vomiting, hot flushes, vaginal bleeding, dermatitis, menstrual irregularities, pruritus vulvae
Breast cancer 20mg daily(single or dived doses)
Anovulatory infertility 20mg daily on days 2 to 5 of menstrual cycle
